A...be it resolved that all matters pertinent to the faculty (including, but not restricted to, those listed above [definition of faculty responsibilities from the Government of Colleges and Universities and AAUP on faculty rights and responsibilities], in the form of prospective changes in university policies and/or procedures, be conveyed to the Faculty Senate in timely advance of possible adoption, for Senate review, and possible recommendation.@
