Overhead Recovery Rate; University Budget

Motion on Overhead Recovery Rate: In formulating future budgets, the Faculty Senate recommends that the Administration adopt the following policy: The overhead recovery rate for the projected budget should not be less than that actually experienced in the previous fiscal year.
