Inequity Pool; Salary Increases

The Faculty Senate endorses an allocation of $125 thousand dollars for professors and $100 thousand dollars for associate professors from the $225 thousand dollar inequity pool. The inequity pools are to be distributed based on merit criteria to those individuals identified as having inequitable salaries.
