Inequity Pool; Salary Increases

A motion that describes in detail the splitting of the salary pool into equal amounts. The Part A pool is to be allocated Aon an all or nothing basis@ whereby all if the faculty member=s performance is deemed of continuing merit or normal merit or satisfactory. Zero percent increase would be notification to the faculty member of unsatisfactory performance. Pool B should be distributed Aon a unit value basis and not a percentage of salary basis, thus faculty at different ranks but with equal merit ratings would receive identical incremental increases.@
