Articulates the following position of the Faculty Senate regarding the revised Faculty Handbook: A...Therefore, be it resolved that the faculty of the University of Southern California expresses its keen disappointment in the administrative lag on the Handbook, and advises that unless the Handbook is announced ready for publication at the Senate meeting of April 15, 1978, another and stronger motion will be considered.@
