Grievances; Irving Rehman

A resolution regarding settlement of a grievance of Professor Irving Rehman stating the following: A...Be it resolved: (1) That a financial settlement be made to Professor Rehman to assist him in his retirement, the settlement to reflect his loss of income during the lengthy period of the agreement to deny him prospective financial benefits. (2) That the Faculty Senate reaffirms its beliefs that a major penalty levied against a faculty member without academic due process is an action unworthy of this university.@
