Grievance Procedures

1. The Senate Recommend the following principles for improving the grievance procedure: (A) Time limits shall be established and enforced for each level of review. (B) A continuous written record shall be maintained on each grievance and shall be available to all parties concerned. (C) Grievants shall be provided written explanations of all decisions. 2. It shall be the responsibility of the Academic Policies and Procedures and Faculty Rights and Responsibilities Committees to make these principles operational during 1978-79.
