Governance Structure

Whereas the obstacles faced by the Senate in seeking to represent effectively the faculty within the current University governance system are causing increasing faculty unrest, Therefore, be it resolved: That the Executive Board constitute a committee for the purpose of determining the changes in existing University governance structures that are needed for the Senate to perform more effectively its constitutional role as Athe forum for faculty decision making, and the voice of the collective faculty.
