Search Process; University President

The resolution states the following: ARecognizing the seriousness of the task, the Faculty Senate strongly recommends that the search committee for a new president adhere closely to the traditional model already established at USC and use the following principles to guide its formation and operation.@ The resolution describes eleven specific principles by which a new University President should be chosen.
