Daily Trojan; University Leadership; President=s Advisory Council

Whereas allegations have appeared in the ADaily Trojan@ claiming that members of the leadership of the Faculty Senate were engaged in conspiratorial activities; and Whereas allegations are being circulated at the University that the faculty does not support the leadership of the Faculty Senate; Be It Resolved, (1) that the Faculty Senate expresses its fullest confidence and support in the performance of its President, Dr. John C. LeBlanc; and (2) that the Faculty Senate expresses its fullest support for Dr. Sol Golomb, Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Search Committee and Chairman of the Screening Committee, and to Drs. John C. LeBlanc and James McBath, as well as all other faculty representatives on the Presidential Search Committee.
