Governance Structure

The resolution clarifies elements of the Prospectus on Academic Governance, including affirming statements of faculty involvement in governance stated in the 1966 AStatement on Government of Colleges and Universities,@ Part V, affirming Faculty Senate opposition to any form of supra ordinate inter-constituency advisory body to the President or other members of the central administration, and clarifying an understanding of specific language in Parts IV and VI of the Prospectus.
