Passed unanimously, this resolution states that the Faculty Senate Afinds totally unacceptable the university administration=s departures from nationally accepted standards and procedures of academic tenure and full academic due process in the case of tenured Associate Professor Kenyon B. De Greene, as reported to the Senate Faculty Rights and Responsibilities Committee on April 16, 1980...@ The resolution Astrongly recommends@ that the administration Aimmediately reinstate all professorial rights, duties, and privileges withdrawn from Professor De Greene...@ and Afollow all nationally accepted standards and procedures of academic tenure and full academic due process@ in his case.
