Academic Integrity Committee; Faculty Handbook; Senate Bylaws

Whereas: The Faculty Senate has established an Academic Integrity Committee; Therefore Be It Resolved That: The following charge shall be added to the Bylaws of the Constitution of the Faculty Senate: The Committee on Academic Integrity shall, at the instruction of the Senate or its Executive Board, investigate any and all charges, issues, and allegations bearing on the academic quality, standards, integrity and reputation of the University. The Committee shall establish such policies and procedures for carrying out its functions that are not inconsistent with relevant provisions of the Faculty Handbook. This Committee is also charged to inform the Senate or its Executive Board of the findings of its investigation(s).
