Office of Management and Budget

The Faculty Senate of the University of Southern California advise the federal Office of management and Budget of its opposition to the application of provisions of OMB Circular A-21 dealing with time, effort, workload, or activity reports to personnel involved in university-based research programs, and, further, that the Senate Executive Board be directed to correspond with other academic organizations which are publicly protesting the current OMB campaign in order to offer appropriate support on behalf of the Faculty Senate.
