Cost of Living; Faculty Salaries; Merit Pay

Resolution on Distribution of Equity Adjustment & Cost of Living Adjustments. The equity adjustment should occur automatically only for faculty members whose salaries are $3,000 or less below the minimum salaries at their academic rank at the University of California. All other equity adjustments should be preceded by the review and recommendations of the respective departmental salary committee.
