Cost of Living; Faculty Salaries; Merit Pay

Resolution on Distribution of Merit Salary Increases. After making the equity adjustment of .2% and the cost of living adjustment of 10.3%, as described in Faculty Senate Motion 80-81-8, all increases in the faculty salary pool for regular, full-time faculty, together with any funds made available for faculty salaries through budgetary savings and reallocations, shall be distributed among continuing, regular, full-time faculty as merit salary increases.
