Procedures for distributing faculty salary monies above the equity adjustment of .2% and the cost-of-living adjustment of 10.3% shall include those described in AProposal to Establish a University-wide Annual Salary Adjustment,@ Paragraph 1 of Section 3 and all of Section 4.
