Faculty Salaries; Merit Pay

Resolved That: The Faculty Senate endorses, in principle, the procedures for determining merit salary increases for regular, full-time faculty members, as described in AProposal to Establish a University-Wide Annual Salary Adjustment Procedure,@ Sections 3 & 4, subject to consultation with the administration and President of the University, prior to implementation. The Faculty Senate further recommends that the target date for implementation of these procedures be 1981-82 (for salary distribution for 1982-83).
