Cost of Living; Disability Plan

Whereas: The USC Disability Plan maximum benefits have not been reevaluated for several years. Due to the effects of inflation these once highly adequate maxima no longer are realistic. Therefore We Move That: The maximum weekly benefits under the USC Voluntary Disability Plan be adjusted for the effect of inflation on the Los Angeles/Long Beach CPI Index.
