Whereas, there does not appear to be any consistent or agreed upon procedure for the awarding of the title ADistinguished Professor@ at USC; that therefore Be It Resolved: that the further awarding of this title be discontinued until such time as an appropriate and agreed-upon procedure for awarding it shall have been established.
