As resolution endorsing recommendations set forth by the Faculty Senate Environment Committee. The recommendations encourage ways to minimize obstacles confronting principle researchers in obtaining research funding and set forth proposed modifications to the recommendations of the PAC Research Committee regarding Organized Research Units that, if implemented, Awould impose serious and unnecessary hardships on smaller research units affiliated with individual departments, divisions or schools.@
