Disability Plan

Whereas, The University Disability Plan faces a deficit which would not exist expect for a new 22% administrative overhead charge and since the University already retains Self-Insurance Programs, Inc., to administer our plan; Therefore Be It Resolved: that the 22% charge be eliminated and that the total plan=s administrative cost be put out for competitive bid.
