Health Insurance Plans; Laws

A resolution from the Faculty Environment Committee requesting that the administration take advantage of new changes to California State statutes governing health insurance. The resolution calls for USC Health plans I and II Aseek to obtain from hospitals and physicians preferred provider rates in order to contain costs and preserve the viability of these plans.@
