A resolution from the Faculty Environment Committee calling for the establishment of Aa voluntary USC short term disability insurance plan with benefits and fees equivalent to the State and add a voluntary employee paid plan costing no more than 0.3% of salary and wages to $21,900n which would supplement state equivalent benefits up to the present USC disability plan level.@
