Resolution 84-85-17
Costs; Health Insurance Plans
The Faculty Environment
Committee expresses its concern in regard to the large increase of costs to
employees enrolled in USC Health Plans I and II. These significantly higher
costs will affect mostly those participants whose support makes these plans
viable. Without the participation of the new employees and the lower paid
employees who are, in general, younger and of lower risk, these plans face the
possibility of becoming economically undesirable for all.
