New Buildings; Parking

A resolution requesting that the University Administration alter the current policy of incorporating into the budgeted cost of new buildings funds to replace Alost@ parking spaces and to also investigate possible alternatives such as adjacent areas of parking off-campus served with shuttle bus service.
