Resolution 85-86-23
Faculty Salaries; Merit Pay
A resolution establishing
that merit increases in faculty salaries shall be in real terms (i.e., dollars
of constant purchase power), that all future merit increases must automatically
be in real terms, and that salaries for each regular faculty member must be set
equal to or greater than his or her real salary at the date of the most recent
promotion or date of appointment.
