Faculty Salaries; Survey

Whereas: The recent Faculty Senate salary survey found that a majority of those who responded are dissatisfied with the procedure and consequences of the faculty salary determination process at USC; Therefore Be It Resolved: That the salaries of each regular, full-time faculty member must be set equal to or greater than his/her real salary at the date of most recent promotion, or date of appointment if no promotion has occurred.
