Benefits; Health Insurance Plans

Whereas: The University Administration has privously [sic] agreed that there would be communications with the appropriate faculty representatives, specifically the Faculty Environment Committee, of any changes in faculty benefits and that the University Administration did neither seek our advice nor inform us of these changes related to health insurance cost increases, I Move That: The University Administration consult with the Faculty Senate when considering making any changes in faculty benefits or premium increases.
