Bicycle Restrictions

A resolution calling for restriction of riding bicycles on the USC main campus from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday and to provide adequate racks to store bicycles safely due to the increase of accidents involving pedestrians and bicyclists and the liability to the University resulting from these accidents.
