Public Transportation; Robert P. Biller; Tom Moran

 

Whereas the city of Los Angeles expanded its public transportation system to and from USC with the inauguration, on September 5, 1990, of its DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle Hop) line, at a cost of $.25/ride, Whereas this new service will allow USC students, faculty and staff to commute readily to  and from the Embassy College and other downton [sic] facilities, and decrease their needs to use, much more costly, individual transportation, Whereas this new service was proposed and untiringly advocated by the USC administration, Therefore, be it resolved that the Faculty Senate commends Vice Presidents Robert P. Biller and Tom Moran, and the member [sic] of their staff for this achievement
