Resolution 90-91-03
Public Transportation; Robert P.
Biller; Tom Moran
Whereas the city of Los
Angeles expanded its public transportation system to and from USC with the
inauguration, on September 5, 1990, of its DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle Hop)
line, at a cost of $.25/ride, Whereas this new service will allow USC students,
faculty and staff to commute readily to
and from the Embassy College and other downton
[sic] facilities, and decrease
their needs to use, much more costly, individual transportation, Whereas this
new service was proposed and untiringly advocated by the USC administration,
Therefore, be it resolved that the Faculty Senate commends Vice Presidents
Robert P. Biller and Tom Moran, and the member [sic] of their staff for
this achievement
