Cafeteria Plan; Health Insurance Plans; Pacific Care

A resolution asking that the University contribution for each participant in the USC self-insured plan be not less than the present contribution to the USC-II plan and that mental health coverage be added to the Pacific Care plan. Note: Four attachments outlining current and proposed employee contributions were included but are missing from the resolution.
