Drug Policy

Whereas, the Federal Government has mandated that all Universities have an established policy on Drug Free schools and Communities, and Whereas, the university administration has promulgated such a new policy, following some intermitent [sic] discussions with the Executive Board of the Faculty Senate, and Whereas, the original draft of that policy contained language that the Executive Board of the Faculty Senate considered questionable, Therefore, Be It Resolved That the Faculty Senate acknowledges that, in the outcome, the concerns of the Faculty Senate were indeed dealt with by the administration.
