Dennis Dougherty; Draft Proposals; Faculty Participation

A resolution that commends Vice President Dennis Dougherty and his staff for the improvements that have been made in the health benefits package and to reaffirm the principle Athat policies affecting the faculty require the participation of faculty representatives in their drafting, faculty inclusion in the pertinent committees, and disclosure of final drafts in advance of promulgation to the Faculty Senate or its Executive Board for review.@
