Athletic Department; Drug-Testing

A resolution calling for the Athletic Department=s drug-testing program to Aevolve into a drug monitoring committee for testing athletes,@ that membership should be composed primarily of individuals from outside of the Athletic Department, appointed by the President from a list provided by the Faculty Senate, including selected individuals from the non-university community in order to achieve greater objectivity Aand projecting an image of credibility and integrity.@
