Disability Plan

A resolution requesting the University offer supplemental disability insurance to faculty and staff with premiums to be paid by the individual, Areexamine its current policy of treating mental and psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency differently than other physical conditions,@ and expand the ADisability Benefits@ section of the annual benefits brochure to include a delineation among levels of benefits for physical and mental conditions.
