Board of Trustee Committees; Faculty Participation

In response to an announcement by President Sample that the Board of Trustees has agreed to invite faculty observers to meetings of the Board of Trustees committees where that committee=s work is not confidential, this resolution setting forth a regular process for designating and submitting to the President and Board for approval such faculty observers.
