Faculty Participation; University Budget

A resolution affirming Resolution 92-93-14, directing the Senate Executive Board Ato continue communicating with faculty groups working on this issue, to continue conveying to University administrative officers the faculty=s strongly held views on these issues, and to continue informing faculty at large about developments.@ The resolution goes on to declare that, A...the faculty have a strong voice in budget and planning committees in all academic units as well as at the University level, that such committees be selected in cooperation with elected faculty representatives, and that the committees have adequate access to information and to strategic options.@
