Senate Bylaws; Senate Constitution

Whereas, the Constitution of the Academic Senate which was ratified in May 1994 recognizes the need for, and calls for the adoption of, Bylaws which are necessary to the conduct of its business, and Whereas, the Rules, Membership and Elections Committee has developed proposed Bylaws and distributed them to the Senate, It Is Therefore Moved, that the Bylaws previously distributed be approved as amended, and that they be recorded as ratified by the Academic Senate on May 4, 1995.
