Conflict of Interest Policy

Whereas, the proposed policy on Conflict of Interest was distributed to the Senate for review and response, and Whereas, the proposed policy has been reviewed by the joint Senate/University Research Committee which has Senate oversight, and Whereas, federal law requires that the University implement the policy by June 28, 1995, It Is Therefore Moved, that the Senate approve the Conflict of Interest Policy at its May 1995 meeting, and that the policy be recorded as ratified on May 4, 1995.
