Senate Bylaws; Senate Election Procedures

Whereas, the Constitution of the Academic Senate which was ratified in May 1994 recognizes the need for, and calls for the adoption of, Bylaws which are necessary to the conduct of its business, and Whereas, the Rules, Membership and Elections Committee has developed proposed Bylaws and distributed them to the Senate in May, 1995, and is redistributing and presenting them in October, 1995, preparatory to voting, It Is Therefore Moved, that the Bylaws be approved as amended, and that they be recorded as ratified by the Academic Senate, effective at time of adoption.
