Resolution 95-96-06
Faculty Contracts
Whereas: It is recognized
that the faculty contract form which is being proposed for use in the
preparation of faculty contracts is a form only. And, it is further
recognized that endorsement of this form by the Academic Senate does NOT
preclude, or limit in any way, any individual contract negotiations regarding
contract content, or terms, which a faculty member may undertake in his/her own
behalf prior to signing an individual contract. Therefore, given this
understanding, it is hereby moved: that the attached revised faculty contract form
shall be voted upon and approved by the Academic Senate as a form only.
It is additionally moved that following Senate approval, this Resolution and a
copy of the faculty contract form shall be forwarded to the
Resolution Number: 95-96-06
