Los Angeles architect Zoltan E. Pali, FAIA will present a retrospective on the history of his award winning firm, SPF:a.

A native of Los Angeles, Zolan Pali founded SPF:a in 1988. The firm's projects range in scope from from 5,500 square foot private homes to the 300,000 square foot Getty Villa Museum renovation in Malibu.

Possessing a background and affinity for fine art and design, SPF:a's principals have recently designed and built a 2,200 square foot gallery space into the firm’s new corporate offices in Culver City. The Museum Of Design Art and Architecture (MODAA) will regularly feature the work of local artists exploring the relationship and dialogue between art and architecture.

SPF:a has won numerous design awards and citations including Architecture Magazine's Home of the Year Award in 2003 and an AIA National Honor Award in 2005.

Pali holds the endowed position of Jon Adams Jerde, FAIA Visiting Design Professor in Architecture which honors Jon Jerde as an internationally renowned architect, urban designer and distingished USC School of Architecture alumnus.
