Handling Charges:
Publications 1-200 pages, add $2.00
Publications 201+ pages, add  $4.00

Shipping Charges: Mailing charges will be calculated at time of purchase.  All foreign orders will be shipped Via Airmail.

Sales Tax: California residents must add California Sales Tax (8 1/4%).  This is applicable in California ONLY!
