Special Collections at
the University of Southern California houses the
rare books, manuscripts, and archives of the university. It contains
more than 130,000 volumes of rare and valuable books and serials, and
over 300 archival collections.
Strengths include
the Feuchtwanger Memorial
Library, Hancock
Collections
and Archives, American literature and Hoose
philosophy collections, and archives such as the Regional
History, Hamlin Garland
papers, Lewitzky
Dance Company Archive, Welte
Piano Rolls Collections, Kenneth Rexroth Collection,
and the Nicholai Remisoff
collections.
