Leavey Library 2004 Conference

Information Commons: Learning Space Beyond the Classroom

September 16th & 17th, 2004

PRE-CONFERENCE SURVEY OF PARTICIPANTS

To help us shape the discussions, we asked participants in the Information Commons: Learning Space Beyond the Classroom Pre-conference to provide us with some background information. We distributed a list of the conference attendees' names, affiliations, and topics of interests to all the participants to facilitate match-ups of individuals for discussions.

Libraries use a variety of names, configurations, and levels of integration for computing capabilities offered within their facilities. There are: Information Commons, Knowledge Commons, Learning Commons, Information Arcade, Computing Commons, as well as other more localized adaptations. Please take a few minutes to provide us with a basic profile of where your institution currently stands and any particular interests or topics you'd like to discuss informally with other participants.
